Life Estate
If you granted some one life estate on a property how can it be reversed or taken away from them?

You can't undo it unless you have adversely possessed the property for over 10 years. The grantee of the life estate could deed it back to you if he or she is willing to do so.

You can't. It is the same as if you had deeded the property to the person. The only exception is if the grantee is doing something to the detriment of the property that would impair the value and/or usage of the property to whomever gets the property after the grantee dies.You should consult with a local attorney.
