Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
We currently live in a fairly new subdivision with 12 houses. The remaining property in our subdivision recently has gone under foreclosure. Will our current covenant remain if the subdivision is purchased by another developer? Or will we be subject to a new set of rules after it has sold?

Generally speaking, your existing covenants will apply to the remaining property as well.
