Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
First, i live in georgia. i took over payments on a double wide mobile home that was in my uncles name due to he co-signed with my aunt jill and she defaulted on the loan and stuck my uncle with the payments he could not afford. The land it is on is in my aunt coras name which is my uncles wife. i signed a contract with my aunt and uncle to first purchase the mobile home which i did. and then to purchase the property at so much per month. which i have not. my aunt and uncle have been separated about 3 years. please note i have not paid for the land. the mobile home has been on the property for more than 15 years by different owners. And it is to old to move. My aunt says i have to move. do i have any rights , i have the deed for the mobile home and been living there about six years.

It depends on what the deed says. If you would like a Georgia real estate attorney to review your deed and run title to the property (to confirm who owns it -- does your aunt even have the right to kick you off??), please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
There is no such thing as a deed to a mobile home (land has deeds, and the mobile homes have titles). So find out what you do have, and bring it to a lawyer.
