Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I live in a swim tennis community in dacula, I put up a shed in the back( actually i enclosed under the deck on all sides, including a door, hardi plank to match the house with matching paint. I received a letter from the the property mngmt co. that upon recent inspection of my property i must have the shed approved. In the meantime my dues to use the tennis courts and pool were paid in full back in Feb. and have been suspended. We cannot use the ammenities which I feel have nothing to do with the other problem. I also feel they owe me a refund for all days of the suspesion. please help.
Thanks, Mark
