Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I was living with someone they applied for a second motgage. I signed on the loan form. I left the house and signed off on the house but I find the motgage in default on my credit. what can i do?

Your post is far from clear on what you signed. Maybe you don't even know. If you are liable for a loan and payments are not made, it goes on your credit report. You might want to look into what you signed and the status of the loan and payments.
