we are living in a home with mildew and it seems to be making me and sick we have told the landlord but he has yet to even try to fix anything with this house other than the sewage and that's because the bathroom flooded and it had to be done couldn't shower at home for a week he says he will let us out of the lease but we don't have the money to move what can we do?

He is letting you out of the lease. Your health should come first and moving is probably a lot cheaper than future medical treatment.

Be thankful you have a landlord that agreed to a good option. Your health is priceless. Find the money to move and be sure to get his promise to let you out of the lease in writing. Keep that paper for at least 5 or ten years.
