Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

if llc formed through irs, not state of ny yet and investment properties are owned by one of the partners in ga, can they be placed into that biz name without filing in state of ga, or file separately in each state?

If an LLC has not been registered with the state of formation, it does not yet exist regardless of what is filed with the IRS.

I'm not sure I understand the rest of your posting. If an individual resides in Georgia, but the property is in another state, likely nothing would need to be filed with the State of Georgia.
