Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
Are LLC's for business and corportations only? I do not own a business and want to start an LLC to protect my real estate investments and personal property.

An LLC is a type of entity. It can conduct many different kinds of activities, including owning real estate.

An LLC is a business, so I am not completely understandiung your question. There are tax as well as legal pros and cons to an LLC, so I'd suggest meeting with a lawyer and a CPA to discuss those.
