Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

The lot next to my property is not properly maintained. The only time that the lot is maintained (grass mowed) is when I call the city and they contact the owner and then it is taken care of. The property is in a residential area and is very unsightly. Do I have any legal rights?

Unless you want to spend a lot on legal fees, keep calling the city. That's a lot cheaper than the large retainer litigation would require.
