material property dispute between sisters

My father gave me and my sister both a piece of property before going into the nursing home. Both pieces property included a home, with furniture inside. My sister is demanding that she get what she wants out of my property. My question is are the belongs inside also deeded to me?

The central question will be your father's intent. The intent is clearly expressed in the deed. As to the personal property (i.e., non-real estate), it would seem to be very hard to argue that he did not intend for the personal property to go with the real estate. Consult with a local attorney.
