Meeting contract requirements

I purchased some properity and the written agrement was that they could leave 3 bilboards standing if they raised the center one 30 feet and gave me the top bilboard with a sign on it. It has been 7 months and i have called several times with no action. What can I do ??

If your agreement is in writing, and the provision is clear, you can force them to perform through a lawsuit for specific performance if neceessary. However, what is the cause of the delay?

I would recommend a demand letter from an attorney to hopefully resolve the situation without the need for litigation.
