Membership & Allocation of Votes
Please help me understand the following sentence
All owner, by virtue of their ownership of a fee or undivided fee interest in any Unit in the Condominium, excluding Persons holding such interest under a Mortgage, are members of ## ## Condominium Association, Inc., and except as otherwise provided herein or in the Declaration shall be entitled to vote on all matters upon which members of the Association are entitled to vote pursuant to the Declaration and in accordance with these bylaws.

It just means that by buying a unit in the condo complex you are automatically a member of the homeowners' assn. and entitled to vote. This does not apply to lenders (mortgage holders).
