Can your mortgage company foreclose on your property when you are in a legal dispute with a neighbor that is suing you trying to claim part of your land.

If there is a reason they can't, you have no provide the facts. The lender likely has no reason to sit and wait on a dispute with your neighbor, that may not involve them at all. After foreclosure, they can resolve any disputes. Beyond that, obviously no one here knows anything about the dispute and you chose not to even tell is what it is about.
