Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Mortgage debt

What are my rights when a mortgage co. instructs me to get my own insurance on the property or my mortgage payments will increase, I do get my own insurance and the payments still increase. When asked, the company states that it had no idea that I had coverage, even though I faxed the documents to them and updated the information on their website, but does nothing to fix the increase in my mortgage payments and threatens foreclosure due to the months that they claim my mortgage is past due, because of the unethical and illegal hike in my mortgage payments. I have attempted to clear this matter up numerous times, over many months. I'm at my witts end! Everytime I speak with someone, they tell me something different about what should be done/what should have been done by the other person that I previously spoke with. Please help!

If the mortgage company is in breach of the loan agreement, you may sue them for breach of contract.
