Second Mortgage
Do I have the right to find out if the mortgage payment is being made to the bank since I hold the second mortgage on the property? Also if the payments are being made late?

You have the rights set forth in your ageement, and certainly the right to ask. The bank is likely not going to provide any information without written consent.
