Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

mortgage question

I purchased a home back in 2004 on my purchase agreement the box is checked for conventional fixed mortgage some how I am on a ARM I called my mortgage company and explained it to them and they told me that they have papers stating that I would take a ARM I asked for the papres to be faxed to me I am stilling awaiting for them, I was also told that any papers they have override any papers I have.

Is this true? if so how can that be if I don't have any papers stating that.

Thank you, Delores

Re: mortgage question

The first step is to get all of your paperwork, including the documents the lender relies upon and have agreed to send you. Without all of the documents comprising your agreement, any response about what is or is not true, is pure speculation.
