Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
My mother, brother, and I are co-owners of a rental property in Georgia. My mother does not take an active role. My brother and I are supposed to share in the improvement of the property and renting it. An account was to be created that we all have access to, where the funds would be deposited. My brother has rented the property on his own. He refuses to provide me with the contact info of the tenant, the account number where the funds are being deposited, and refuses to show me the lease, nor who the rental payments are being made to. What remedy options do I have?

You hire a lawyer. Absent negotiating a solution, you will end up in an expensive court battle. And unless you have a contract with detailed arrangements, a court really can't create a solution. The best remedy will likely be partition, and a forced sale will happen where you all divide the proceeds and walk away.
