Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My mother purchased property in Bremen, Georgia in 1978-79. She made down payment with tax return money. They divorced and legal agreement was for Stepfather to pay taxes on property. She passed away in 1979.Property was signed over to my Aunt as exutor. My Aunt didn't inform us of property until many years later because we were minors. Step father paid property taxes since 1979. Can I still obtain property for the benefit of my existing family?

There is no way to answer your question. No one here has the will (if there was one), or many, many other necessary facts. See a lawyer who can trace the 30 years of history and paperwork.
