Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My mother was recently evicted from the same park as me. Upon eviction, she was told by the owners that she was no longer allowed on the premises of the park. Do they have the right to tell me that I cannot have my mother over to visit?

They have a right to determine who can and cannot come on their property.
