Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My mother has remarried and taken me off the deed of her house and put her new husbands name on the deed. but she says the house is left to me at her death, IS THE LEGAL AND TRUE?

I am not sure how you think we can tell you if your story is true - we don't know what happened. However, a person is not "take off a deed." A new deed is created. If you were title owner of property, you would have to sign something transferring it to someone else. You need to gather whatever documents you have, then take them to a lawyer, or post a question here with actual facts.
