Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

my mothers mobile home is on my grandmother property. my grandmother has been paying the mobile home tax as long as the mobile home has been on the property. (33 years) the mobile home is titled in my mothers name. I was wondering who would be the legal owner?

Paying taxes has no effect on ownership.

Your grandmother owns the land. Your mom owns the mobile home (assuming you posted all the facts).
