Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I moved into an apartment two and a half weeks ago.I would like out of my lease.We signed a six month lease term and paid it all up front. There are roaches, pet dander and a foul odor in the apartment. Plus my son has asthma and can not live with roaches.What can I do to get out of my lease early

If the landlord has allowed the premises to be uninhabitable, you may be able to terminate the lease. Consult with a local attorney.
