Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

When I moved into my first floor apartment last year, a major selling point for me was the privacy shrubs that covered my patio. After about a month of moving in, these bushes were cut down. This only happened in front of my apartment building. The remaining 10 to 15 buildings remained untouched, to this day. I will take pictures of this evidence tomorrow. My question is do i have legal cause to sue and if not do i have the right to move out free of charge? This whole thing feels like a bullying, bait and switch operation.

Of course you have no basis to sue. Unless the landlord had an obligation in the lease to maintain the shrubs as-is, you have no basis for anything. "This whole thing feels like a bullying, bait and switch operation." Really?
