Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
A neighbor has part of his fence on my property and also keeps putting his yard debris on me and a neighbors yard. What recourse do I have.

It depends on the rest of the story - such as, how long the fence as been there, where is the debris, etc. First, obviously, speak with your neighbor about it and try to work it out. If you want to escalate it beyond that you can have a lawyer write a letter and threaten to sue for trespass or nuisance. Neighbor disputes are not much fun.
