Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
My neighbor has a structure built wholly on my property, a recent survey line identified it as such. I sent him a letter to have it removed by a certain date or I take possession. Under the laws of the State of GA, Can I dismantle and remove the structure without him suing me?

You should have seen a lawyer before sending a letter. Depending on how that was built and when, he may have acquired rights to the property via adverse possession. Additionally, present or past surveys may be wrong. Regardless, your remedy may not be the one you think you have. Before you further mess yourself up even more legally, meet with a lawyer.
