Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
A neighbor wants to trim tree branchs extending from my property to theirs. They want to enter my property to complete the cutting. I do not want the tree trimmed. What trimming can the neighbor do?

Anything from the property line on the ground straight up to the sky belongs to your neighbor and they can cut it. Work with them, or accept what they do on their own.

They can cut anything across the property line.
Since the cut will likely be done less well if you deny them access, you risk damage to the tree with your position.
