Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

A neighbor has had for years part of his fence on my property. I have had my property for two years. He also puts his yard debris on part of my and a neighbors property. I asked him not to put his debris outside his property but he won't listen.

What to do and what book can I purchase re: Real Estate Law? And is there a time frame I have to ask him to remove his fence?

Get a lawyer too write a letter, to start. Buying a book (whatever book that may be) will just send a message to the neighbor that you still are not taking it seriously.
