neighbors shooting guns often, especially when perspective buyers for home come. What can we do?

Call the police if it is illegal to discharge firearms where you live. If not, you may still be able to call the police if it becomes an audio trespass/nuisance.

Call the police and they should get arrested. That should solve your problem.
