My Neighbor's Tree Roots

My neighbor's tree roots have caused, and continue to cause serious damage (probably several thousand dollars) to my cement driveway? Is my neighbor liable? If so, what actual GA Law covers this? And must I hire an attorney to get reimbursed?

Tree roots on your property are generally considered your tree roots. The same can be said for limbs hanging over the line.
