Non payment for sell of house

Who would I talk to if I sold my home and never recieved the full amount owed to me and cannot locate the person who owes the money? Do not have much money for lawyer

Based on the minimal facts, about the only advice on can give is to either get in touch with the person who owes you money or a lawyer who can sort it out.

You would need to get all your documents together regarding the closing (i.e. the date that you conveyed title to the house). Your remedies should be in those documents. If you could gather all of those documents together, I would agree to meet to discuss your case.
