Notice to Pay Rent or Quit

How many days does Georgia law require me to give my tenants who failed to pay rent.

It depends on the terms of the lease. If the lease does not address the issue or if there is no written lease, 60 days is required. However, if the tenants have breached the lease by failing to pay rent, you may make an immediate demand for payment and, if they do not pay and stay past the deadline, begin eviction proceedings.
