The time to protect yourself was in the divorce case, and not get stuck with all the liability for a loan on a house when you had no control over the house. If the house has been foreclosed upon, it is too late. It will be on your credit and you could be liable for the difference in what is owed and what it sold/sells for. You might have a claim against your ex if she violated an agreement, but does she have any money to pay you if you did get a judgment?
Hopefully the attorney you had in the divorce did a good job for you (you didn't do something foolish and go unrepresented, did you?) as you can't fix a case after it is over. If she is in violation of the decree, see the attorney who handled your side to follow up.
