Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My oldest brother coaxed the rest of my siblings and I into changing our heir property into his name only supposedly for the repairs of he existing house to accomodate a quadraplegic brother of ours and the taxes were to be paid by whoever lives in the house. Well the quadraplegic brother got married and moved out and the oldest brother moved back into the house. Now that the quadraplegic brother has died, the remaining siblings and I would like to change the heir property ownership back into all of our names,so that the property remains heir property rather than going into an estate to the older brother's children. The older brother whose name the property is now in, does not agree. What can we legally do to retrieve our mom's property

There is no such thing as "heir property." It sounds like you have a problem where you have ignored the laws of Georgia and now want to fix things. They may or may not now be fixable. You need to retain a lawyer and show them what you did until now.
