I have the opportunity to sell my house
I have the opportunity to sell my house. Over the last couple of years I have noticed that air-quality problem. elimination and modification to resolve the problem.New air-conditioning
new roof
I have went to the doctor and being treated for allergies and induced asthma.
The doctor has told me he is not treating me for mold allergies.
My goal has been find the source such as mold which have been unsuccessful in locating within the house.
If I have not discovered the source of the air-quality problem do I have to disclose?
There is an unfinished bonus room in my house with unfinished electrical outlets which the buyer is a willing to accept. After the disclosing to the new owner would I be held responsible?
There is hairline cracks on the slab of the house which for my understanding is normal of a 25-year-old house? Should I have to disclose the hairline cracks as a foundation issue if the foundation has not shifted in any way? During a hurricane last year we had 10 in. of rain however there was no obvious penetration of water inside the house. The house is only for each slab with a reasonable flow of drainage. Too many questions to answer (looks like you ran out of room in mid-sentence), but if you need specific advice on how to proceed with a pending sale you need to see a local RE lawyer. It isn't worth the risk to rely on speculation or general answers here, especially with a long list of issues.
