Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
When originally creating my LLC there was a portion that was left out regarding being able to purchase property. We are now active Real Estate Investors and want to use our LLC to purchase properties. There are 2 parties in the LLC and we both would like to purchase property and any other assets under the LLC. We understand the process of requesting an amendment but what verbiage do we put that will state & allow this?

Do you mean left out of the operating agreement? If so, have a local business attorney draft an appropriate amendment and each of you sign it. I'm not sure what you mean by "requesting an amendment."
