Overturning Foreclosures

There are potentially several reasons that a foreclosure may be contested, primarily an irregularity in the foreclosure sale or perhaps a breach of the loan agreements. Perhaps if you have a specific question, someone may be able to respond with better detail. One important note is that if you want to contest a foreclosure, you must tender (ie pay) the entire debt, and not just any past due payments. This is true even if you are in the right.
