Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Does an owner owned propane tank used by the stove in a house purchased with all furnishings as of walk through transfer with the house? It was not mentioned in the closing documents. Georgia law.

Since we haven't seen the language of the sales contract, nor have you told us if the tank was large or small, inside or outside, and whether it was easily removable, there's no way to answer you.
