Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I paid back taxes on my deceased uncles property in which there is no will. how can I put a lien on that property in case it is eventually sold by the county for further back taxes. I have a fifa from the county tax office for the amount of taxes paid.

Why did you pay them? Unless you're an heir to the property that makes no sense.
