my parents died with no will. my sister and I are the only childern. my sister had power of attorey. can see sing the propery over to me. I need to put property in my name

Your sister's power of attorney became void as soon as your parents passed away. So, the property will have to be divided in accordance with Georgia intestacy laws through the probate court unless you and your sister can agree how to divide the estate.

What you "need" is not relevant. If there is an estate with property (and no will), there is an estate administrator -- not a power of attorney. That person will follow the rules of the administration of the estate, and not merely what you want him/her to do. That person shoulder certainly have a lawyer review the facts and draft the appropriate documents
