We bought a trailer, but we didn't deal with the owner. A friend of hers took care of every thing. We paied him, and i have a little contract with him. He has 30 days from the time we paid him to get her stuff out. If he dosn't get it out, can we set it out, and her not be able to sue us?

Unless the "friend" had a valid power of attorney, he has no authority to make a contract or sell property. You cannot empty the trailer without consent of the owner. You may have been defrauded. Consult an attorney.
