Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

The strip mining operation that is adjacent to my home started a trash fire that got out of hand, burning quite a bit of my yard and coming real close to burning down my house. The owner agreed to redoing my yard , clearing, puttin in grass, replanting trees...he planned to do it in two weeks...that was 3 months ago, and I'm still waiting ...the owner keeps putting me off, and I feel like a dummy for letting him. Where do I go from here?

If he hasn't done it by now, it sounds like he has no intention of doing it at all. Consult with a local attorney.
