Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Have a piece of property in Georgia then I head for sale. I sent a contract with Finance terms to the potential buyer. After a lot of wasted time his attorney never finalized closing or a signed contract. I told the gentleman I was going to sell it to someone else if he couldn't close by specific date which he did not. After which I found out that his son had actually moved onto the property without my permission or knowledge. I filed an eviction notice with the Magistrate's court. Now he's engaged an attorney who's asking for a trial by jury. Nothing more than a ploy for more time what can I do to force relief from the court?

You need to retain the lawyer you should have retained before filing anything in court.

You don't force a court to do anything. You follow the appropriate procedures at every step. The other side has a lawyer and has one-upped you, so it will probably continue unless you get a lawyer to properly handle it. Otherwise, it'll be tied up for months and months.
