power of attorney an benefiary

if i am the benefiary of some property,that i am co-owner.can a power of attorney over rule the benefiiary?

Reading between the lines, I am guessing you are the befeficiary under a will. Since a will does not take effect until the Will-maker dies, he/she is free to do anything he/she wants while he/she is still alive. However, just to be safe, you should consult with local attorney.
