Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

at the present this constuction co. is cutting tree's and digging out my yard with no notice to me. They have taken out an oak tree that was over 50 years old without any notice or compensation. Please help or send me in the right direction for this damaging stressful situation. I was totally un aware of the damage they intend on my property. I do not even join there property line. Please help!

When you walked up to them and asked them why they were doing it and for whom (and you obviously did) what did they say and why did you not tell us, as without that information there is no way to answer you?
