Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Having a problem with neighbors criminal trespassing on property had sherriff issue a a criminal trespass warrant on them and told by them the next they came on my property they would do something about,now there trying to say they have to catch them, why is the the sherriff office allowing them to commit criminal trespass,further more is sherriff aid and abet in their crime by not enforcing the lawor acessory after the fact? how does one a criminal complant against the sherrif office and county?

You are wasting time, and assuring that you don't get cooperation from the Sheriff by making ridiculous accusations that they are aiding and abetting, or that you have a complaint against them. Before making an arrest, of course evidence is required. You can either try to get proof in them form of pictures or video (with clear time and date stamp), or you can go to the Sheriff's office and ask to file a sworn complaint. If you have not offended them with meritless accusations against them, they will probably help you. Making these accusations may also harm your case against your neighbors when a Judge sees them. Focus on the real issue and get a lawyer to assist if necessary.
