who get the property and house
my father passed away 9 months ago. he owns two houses with land. my stepmother is living in one house and the other is vacant. My father name is own the deeds. I'm his only child. Do I get anything?

I assume he did not leave a Will. If he did, that will PROBABLY control. If not, it sounds like you will be entitled to one-half of his estate. Consult with a local attorney.
