Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Property Leasing

I had my property listed for sale and received a call from an investment company asking me if I ever thought about Leasing. I had them explain it and send me a copy of the lease. There were three choices and we negotiated a two year lease with a guarenteed buyout after two years, that if they did not sell it, they would buy it. We agreed on a monthly rent and a final selling price. They were responsible for finding the renters. The renters were to send me the money and the investment company could sell it for any amount they could get.

As it went and the agreement was made, I signed the lease and sent it back to them, they said it was to take place on Dec. 1, 2006, and they would be responsible for the rent. I had to move out by Nov. 10, 2006 so this gave them ample time to inspect the home. Dec. 1 came and went and I called several times through Dec and emailed them. Because of this I moved 800 miles away, found a new job and paying for another property and they backed out blaming me for getting angry because they did not keep there promise or date. I changed my life according to there expectations and I kept my part of the bargain.

Now I have a house in Ga. that I am sitting on that I can not pay for.

What are my options?
