If I have a notaried printed document do I need to record at the court house to make legal as a property lien for money owed?

Well, I am not sure I fully understand your question. Do you have a judgment? Or, is this a mechanic's lien? If you desire to file a mechanic's lien or a lien against real property in Georgia it MUST be recorded in the records in the county in which the land is located. Just because you have a notarized document does not mean you can file it and obtain a lien. If this is just a paper saying someone owes you money, you have to sue them and get a judgment first before a lien is created - unless you fall into one of the special categories where you have done work on someone's real estate.
