second marrige no children---two adult sons first marrige -- if i die do i lose all my property to my husband or do my sons get my half

If you die without a will, your husband would share equally with your sons. The simple solution is to get a will.

The best way to assure that the individuals whom you wish to inherit your assets actually do, is to seek the counsel of an attorney. Leaving your assets to pass under state law is uncertain and more expensive.
