Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have a property that I rent that the tenats moved out of and owed back rent. the tenant use to do property maintainace for me to reduce the cost of his rent. He had a verbal deal to pay 50 a week to clear debt, he was paying now all of a sudden has stopped and I have no contact with him, What can I do and what actions can be taken against him to retrieve the monies owed?

You will first have to determine where the former tenant resides, if you don't already know. And then file a claim in magistrate (small claims) court for the amounts owed.
